The solution combines a data-driven quick check (12 questions) with structured team interviews and provides you with a precise weak-point map—without weeks-long projects or expensive on-site analyses. You choose from 3 packages that build on each other: from the status quo check to a detailed implementation roadmap.
Which companies is Heartbeatcheck suitable for?
Heartbeatcheck is primarily of interest to growing SMEs with 20–200 employees that want to professionalise their management, but it is also designed for significantly larger organisations, so a corporate group may also be represented.

Heartbeatcheck gives you the map—so you can tackle things in a targeted way instead of groping in the fog.
How does the check work?
The check follows a standardised 3-stage process:
- Stage 1: You answer basic questions online (quick check) on process maturity, system maturity, and organisational clarity—your benefit: a status quo you can clearly grasp.
- Stage 2: Structured team interviews via Microsoft Teams (no on-site appointment required)—our interview scripts ensure that all relevant topics are captured.
- Stage 3: You receive your weak-point map as a professionally prepared PDF document—visually clear, a maximum of 10–25 pages (depending on the package), no 40-page monsters.
The result is available in days—not weeks.
What are the 3 packages, and what exactly do I get?
Heartbeatcheck is modular—you decide how deep you want to go:
- Package 1: Weak-point map (10-page PDF) → Management summary, process diagnosis, system diagnosis, organisation diagnosis, AI readiness assessment
- Package 2: Prioritised roadmap (+10–15 pages) → Everything from Package 1 + impact/effort matrix, 12–24-month roadmap, quick wins, rough business case
